MyHealthPilot allows users to delete their account directly inside the app. This page explains where to find that option, what deletion is intended to do, and how to contact support if the app is not accessible.

How to delete your account

Account deletion can be requested directly inside MyHealthPilot.

  • Open MyHealthPilot
  • Go to the Account tab
  • Scroll to the Danger zone
  • Tap Delete account
  • Confirm deletion
What happens

What deletion is intended to do

When deletion is confirmed, MyHealthPilot attempts to delete the Firebase account and clear related local app data stored on the device.

  • Profile details
  • Chat state
  • Plans and reports
  • Reminders and AI consent records
Can’t access the app?

Request help if sign-in is unavailable

If you cannot access the app to complete deletion yourself, contact support directly and request account deletion assistance.

Important note

Re-authentication may be required

For security reasons, the app may require the user to sign in again before deletion can be completed.
